About the role
Join our Midtown primary care team as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Three days on-site, two days of telehealth. You will manage your own adult panel with physician collaboration and full clinical support staff.
Requirements
Active NY NP license and DEA registration; AANP or ANCC board certification; 2+ years primary care experience; comfortable with EMR documentation.
